    Do Not Disturb If you have a service that supports Do Not Disturb (DND), you can disable ringing and forward all your calls directly to voicemail. To enable or disable ringing, press the DND softkey from the Home or Lines view.

    Features Phone Views Your phone has three main views on its screen. Lines View This default view displays phone lines, favorites and soft keys. You can access this view any time. If your phone is idle, you can press the Line key to access the dialer.

    Calls Only one call can be active at a time. You can use the handset, speakerphone or headset for calls. • During a call, you can change modes by picking up the handset or by pressing the speakerphone or headset button.   • Page 9 To reject a call: From the incoming call window, press Reject to send a call directly to your voicemail. You can also reject an incoming call from the lines or calls views. You cannot reject calls on shared lines. To view a recent call: Choose one of these ways to view your recent calls.
  • Page 10 To place a conference call: You can make conference calls with up to six parties. There are multiple options to connect a conference call. • When no call is connected yet: Call the first party. After the call connects, press the More softkey. Select Confrnc.

  • Page 12 Call Park The call park feature allows you to put a call on hold at one phone and continue the conversation from another phone. To park a call: While on the phone, press Hold. Press Park. Dial the seven-digit number of the phone where you want to park the call, and then press Enter.

    Contacts To access your contact directory: From the Home view, select the Directories softkey. Or, from the Lines view, select Directory. Press Contact Directory. To add a contact to your directory: Navigate to the contact directory, and select Add. Enter the contact’s information, and press Save. •...

    Favorites If you want quick access to a contact, you can set them up as a Favorite. A smaller list of Favorites displays in the Lines view. Contacts that have a star displayed on the contact info page indicate a favorite. To view your favorites list: From the Home view, press the Directories.

    Voicemail To access your voicemail messages: Choose one of these options to get to your voicemail. Dial 611. • Press the Messages button on the phone. • • From the Home view, select Messages and then Message Center. If your phone has multiple lines, the Line Select screen displays.
