Proceed as follows to create, configure and attach/connect the Ethernet interface:

Create a new Ethernet interface with name RtEthoa_eth.
=>eth ifadd intf=RtEthoa_eth

Configure the new Ethernet interface with as destination the ATM interface
created above.
=>eth ifconfig intf=RtEthoa_eth dest=RtEthoa_atm

Connect the Ethernet interface.
