System Connections

Connecting DC Trigger Out

Connect a component to one of the DC TRIGGER
OUT jacks that allows DC 12V to turn on when a
specific input source is selected. For details, refer
to the operating instructions of the components to
be connected.
To link DC TRIGGER OUT with a specific input
source, see "DC Trigger 1 & DC Trigger 2" of
"Setting the Input Setup" on page 63.

Note
• This output voltage (12V d.c., 100mA) is for (status)
control only, it is not sufficient for drive capability.
• When making DC TRIGGER connection, you should
use the stereo mini cord, not a mono mini cord.

Connecting to Network

To connect this receiver to a broadband home
network to listen to Internet radio broadcast,
connect the LAN/ETHERNET cable or supplied
WiFi antenna to this receiver.

• After making a broadband Internet connection, you
should set the communication settings. For details, see
"Network Setup" on page 69.
• When using a broadband Internet connection, a
contract with an Internet service provider is required.
For more information, contact your nearest Internet
service provider.
• Since the connected equipment and connection
method may differ depending on your Internet
environment, refer to the operating instructions of the
equipment.
Plug the supplied AC input cord into the AC inlet
and then into the wall AC outlet.
Caution
• Do not use an AC input cord other than the one
supplied with this receiver. The AC input cord supplied
is designed for use with this receiver and should not be
used with any other device.
