Operations

iPod

You can listen to music files stored on your iPod.

Connect iPod to the USB connector through the
usb cable, and then turn the iPod.

Select the IPod on menu by pressing the
CURSOR UP()/DOWN() buttons, and then
press the ENTER button.

Press ENTER button when the model name is
displayed. (ex. Model name: IPod touch 2nd)

Select the music file in IPod to play by the
navigation keys of remote control.

Press the ENTER button, and the selected file is
played.
Note
• You can also control iPod directly from its pad when
using the functions. For details, see "Other" of
"Network Setup" on page 72.

Recording

The digital signals from the coaxial, optical digital
input or HDMI IN can be heard but cannot be
recorded.
Dubbing from video components onto
VIDEO 1 (BD/BDR)

Select the desired recording source except VIDEO
1 (BD/BDR).

Start recording on the component to the VIDEO 1
(BD/BDR).

Start play on the desired input.
The audio and video signals from the desired
input will be dubbed on the recorder and you
can enjoy them on the TV set and from the
speakers.
Note
• The volume and tone (bass and treble) setting shave no
effect on the recording signals.
• When recording the analog signals from CD, AUX,
F.AUX etc., be sure to select the analog input. For
details, see "Audio Mode" of "Setting the Input
Setup" on page 62.
