AMP Assign: To assign the power amplifier
correctly depending on the purpose of the
speaker.
RS232 Control: To turn on or off the RS232 control
function
Momentary OSD: To turn on or off the OSD that
shows the status corresponding to each operation
momentarily
Save/Recall: To memorize all the OSD menu
setting values into memory or to recall the
memorized setting values
AMP Assign
The surround back channels' power amplifier can
drive the surround back speakers, the ROOM 2
speakers. Depending on the purpose of the speakers,
you should assign the power amplifier correctly. For
details, see "Connecting Speakers" on page 21 and
"Connecting Room 2 and Room 3 Outs" on page 24.

• The OSD menu and the momentary OSD can be
displayed via the HDMI MONITOR OUT only. However,
when the Video Scaling is set to "HDMI Bypass", they
cannot be displayed via the HDMI MONITOR OUT.
For details, see "Video Scaling" of "Setting the Input
Setup" on page 62.
Save/Recall
You can memorize all the OSD menu setting values
into memory 1 ("Save 1") or memory 2 ("Save 2")
and recall the memorized setting values whenever
you want.
