Cause
Printing-quality troubleshooting (PQT)
Check Point
Power the printer off and back on again.
Perform Timing Adjustment.
Replace the cleaner clutch.
Replace the TRANSFER UNIT, Assy., ASP.
Install the 2ND TRANSFER Assy., ASP correctly.
Power the printer off and back on again.
Perform Timing Adjustment.
Replace the 2nd Transfer Clutch.
Check the connection status between the HVPS and the 2ND
TRANSFER Assy., ASP.
HVPS ↔ [Harness, HV, 2nd Transfer] ↔ 2ND TRANSFER Assy.,
ASP
Replace the 2nd Transfer Roller.
Replace the HVPS.
Check if the voltage supplied from the AC power supply is normal.
Replace the Fuser Unit.
