To troubleshoot, proceed as follows:

L1-L2-L3= 400V ±10%
L1-N= 230V ±10%
L2-N= 230V ±10%
L3-N= 230V ±10%
Does the power
correspond with No
previous data?
Yes
Turn the power off.
Change L1-L2 or L2-L3.
Turn the power on.
Is U1
displayed on the
No
remote controller?
Yes
Replace outdoor
unit PCB.

Correct power
supply.
Phases are not
