To troubleshoot, proceed as follows:
Compressor head temperature > 120 °C
or
Discharge superheat > 55 °C
Check the stop
valves.
Are they
open?
Yes
Check the
refrigerant piping
circuit.
Is
it clogged?
Yes
Replace clogged
part.
Open the stop
No
valve(s).
Check the
No
refrigerant level.
Is the
refrigerant filled to
the proper level?
Yes
Check the
compressor.
Is it
malfunctioning?
Yes
Replace
compressor.
