To troubleshoot, proceed as follows:
Begin
Is the unit a cassette
No
or built-in type?
Yes
Is a drain pump
connected to the No
indoor unit PCB?
Yes
Does the drain pump
work after restarting
operation?
Yes
Is the drain water
No
level abnormally
high?
Yes
Remove the float switch from
There is a malfunction
X15A, short-circuit X15A, and
of the drain system.
Is the optional drain

Yes
Connect the
drain pump.
