ENGINE REASSEMBLY

Sprocket installation

Fit the sprocket (1) and its circlip (2).

Oil pump and filter cartridge assembly

Assemble oil pump components in the order shown.
Secure the cover using the four screws (1) (9 Nm-0.9 Kgm-6.5 ft/lb).
Refit the filter cartridge (2) and secure the cover using the two screws (9 Nm-0.9
Kgm-6.5 ft/lb).
Fit a new gasket and install the complete cover (3) using the thirteen retaining
screws (9 Nm-0.9 Kgm-6.5 ft/lb).
