24 Pulse and Sensitivity Test
1. Power up the Oxygen Conserver Test Station.
2. Start the Shortcut to conserver program.
3. Enter ID "Lab1" (no spaces).
4. Select TPOC2O.
5. Attach AC/DC Adapter to the unit jack.
6. Connect the Test Station O2 Supply tubing to the unit patient outlet barb fitting.
7. Turn the unit on by pressing the top left button. Verify the unit powers up, the display is functioning and the exhaust is not blocked.
8. Power up TPOC and set flow on Setting 1.
9. Press "Green Start" button on conserver.exe program computer screen.
10. Press the "OK" button at the serial number prompt (do not have to enter serial number). The program will monitor the TPOC and display values
on the screen.
11. When the current value on the screen turns green, press "Continue" button on screen. The program will monitor the TPOC and display values
on the screen.
12. When the current value on the screen turns green, press "continue" button on the screen. The program will monitor the TPOC and display
values on the screen.
13. When the screen displays a green "Pass", change the TPOC setting to Setting 2 by pressing the +(Plus) button on the TPOC control panel. Press
the continue button on the conserver test station. The program will monitor the TPOC and display values on the screen.
14. When the screen displays a green "Pass", change the TPOC setting to Setting 3 by pressing the +(Plus) button on the TPOC control panel. Press
the continue button on the conserver test station. The program will monitor the TPOC and display values on the screen.
15. When the screen displays a green "Pass", change the TPOC setting to Setting 4 by pressing the +(Plus) button on the TPOC control panel. Press
the continue button on the conserver test station. The program will monitor the TPOC and display values on the screen.
16. When the screen displays a green "Pass", change the TPOC setting to Setting 5 by pressing the +(Plus) button on the TPOC control panel. Press
the continue button on the conserver test station. The program will monitor the TPOC and display values on the screen.
17. When the screen displays a green "Pass", the test is over.
