Guide to Feature Programming
The Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 columns indicate the programs that are assigned when programming
this feature in the order they are most commonly used. These levels are used with PCPro and WebPro
wizards for feature programming.
Level 1 – these are the most commonly assigned programs for this feature.
Level 2 – these are the next most commonly assigned programs for this feature.
Level 3 – these programs are not often assigned and require an expert level working knowledge of
the system to be properly assigned.

Operation
To buzz your secretary or boss:
1.
Do not lift the handset.
2.
Press the buzzer key (Program 15-07 or SC 751: 41 + secretary extension).
Your boss or secretary hears ringing.
Your buzzer key lights steadily.
Your boss's or secretary's buzzer key flashes fast.
The telephone continues to ring until the Secretary Call key is pressed.
To check to see who left you a Secretary Call:
1.
Do not lift the handset.
2.
Press the Help key.
3.
Press the Secretary Call key that flashed.
4.
Press the Exit key.
