(System) button
Moves to the top level of the System menu.

(Job Status) button
Moves to the top level of the Job Status menu.
NOTE:
Moving to a different menu or returning to a previous screen cancels the current entry or setting. Make sure to save the
current entry or setting.

This section describes the fields and buttons on the top service screen which is displayed by pressing the
(Services) button. This is the default screen that appears when the printer is turned on.
Message Field
Function Buttons
Message Field
Displays the printer status, error message, and IP address assigned to the printer.
Toner Status Icon
Displays the condition of toner in 6 levels. (The toner level for each color: 100%, 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, 0%)
Selecting this icon moves to the Supplies tab.
Wireless LAN Connection Status Icon
Displays the intensity of wireless signal when the wireless printer adapter is connected to the printer.
Function Buttons
Allows you to set the features for functions such as Copy, E-mail, Scan To, Fax, Print from, and ID
Card Copy.
NOTE:
If the Panel Lock setting for a function is set to Enable, the function is disabled and the menu for the function does not
appear on the screen. For details, see
Copy
You can set the features for the Copy function.
