Processor reboot.
‡. The Maintenance Processor turns on the S8400 Circuit Pack Failure LED when it detects that the Communication
Manager Processor is booting. When the Communication Manager Processor completes the boot activities, the
processor sends the Maintenance Processor a message requesting that the S8400 Circuit Pack Failure LED be
turned off. This LED is turned off unless the hardware or software detects a failure on the circuit pack.
