Solution
- IPSI is not connected to Ethernet switch or network. Connect cable
to bottom port on IPSI faceplate and to the Ethernet switch or the
customer's network.
- Make sure port on Ethernet switch assigned to that IPSI is enabled.
- IPSI does not have an IP address assigned to it.
- IPSI has not been administered.
- IPSI does not have current firmware. Upgrade firmware.
- S8700: Flashcard may be faulty; replace it.
Solution
- Provide the correct SAP number.
- Provide the serial number for the reference IPSI
- Make sure there are not two license files on the server. If so, delete
one of them.
- May have corrupt file. Download file again from RFA site.
- Upload using binary mode.
