Costs

Use the Costs dialogue to define how your telephone charges are transmitted by your
network provider. These settings will determine how the telephone charges are dis-
played. You can display the charges per MSN/total and the charges per device; you can
export these lists and reset the totals to zero.
Bluetooth connection

Charges incurred via Bluetooth connections using your mobile telephone
are not displayed here.
First of all, decide in the Settings tab how you want the charges to be displayed. These
settings will influence the contents of the lists displayed.
Costs per MSN/total
The Charges per MSN/total tab displays a list of the charges or units per MSN. This
means that the charges for each MSN assigned are shown separately. This gives you a
quick overview of what charges have been incurred for which number.
When units are transmitted:
The MSN column displays the assigned MSNs. The second column shows you the
corresponding names/numbers and the third column the units incurred.
When charges are transmitted:
The MSN column displays the assigned MSNs. The second column shows you the
corresponding names/numbers and the third column the charges incurred.
Exporting
You can export the list regardless of the way it is displayed. Exporting with the *.csv file
format produces a comma-separated list that you can open and edit in Microsoft Excel
or a text editor.
Deleting
Use the Delete button to reset the incurred units or charges to zero.
Costs per device
The Costs per device tab displays a list of the charges or units per device connected.
This gives you a quick overview of which device incurred which charges.
When units are transmitted:
The first column, Int, displays the internally assigned numbers. The second column
shows you which device is connected to the internal number. The third column dis-
plays the name of the device, and the fourth column the units incurred.
