Sorting the fields to be exported

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls lists.
ì
Select the Calls list entries you want to export.
ì
In the Action menu click Export...
This opens the Export dialogue.
ì
In the Fields To Export section, click the column whose position you want to
change.
ì
Use the arrow buttons to the right of the Export dialogue to move the selected col-
umn:
– Click arrow up to move the selected column one position higher.
– Click arrow down to move the selected column one position lower.

Printing the Calls list

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls lists.

Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you only want to print cer-

tain Calls list entries.

In the File menu click Print Preview.
This opens the Print Preview dialogue. You will see a print preview of the current
Calls list.
ì
If necessary click Print setup to configure the print settings.
ì
Click Print.
The current Calls list will be printed out on your PC's default printer.
