Changing the column sequence

You can change the column sequence in the Calls list using Drag and Drop or with the
Field Chooser dialogue.
Changing the column sequence using Drag and Drop

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls list.
ì
Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you want to change the view

for that Calls list filter only.
ì
Click the column header you want to move and keep the mouse button pressed.
ì
Drag the column header to the required position in the header row of the Calls list.
When you release the mouse button, the column moves to the position marked by
two red arrows.

In the Folder list click CLM.
This opens the Calls list.

Select a Calls list filter in the Folder list if you want to change the view

for that Calls list filter only.
ì
In the View menu click Field Chooser
This opens the Field Chooser dialogue.
ì
In the Show these fields in this order section, click the column you want to move.
ì
Use the arrow buttons to move the selected column:
– Click arrow up to move the selected column one position higher.
In the Calls list this column will be moved one position to the left.
– Click arrow down to move the selected column one position lower.
In the Calls list this column will be moved one position to the right.
ì
Confirm your settings with OK.
This closes the Field Chooser dialogue. The current Calls list now shows the col-
umns in the new order.
