The AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e supports extended font mapping at
PostScript level, making it possible to redefine any of the FGIDs.
Certain FGIDs will be immediately substituted by the AXIS
5570e/AXIS 5670e. The substitution table depends on the selected
IBM printer emulation.
A selection of an unsupported FGID value will result in a substitution
to a default font. The AXIS 5570e/AXIS 5670e uses the same default
fonts as the emulated IBM printers.
