N-Up

This feature forces the printer to print the specified number of pages per side on a single
physical sheet of paper. It is useful for previewing a document's layout. You can specify 1,
2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 pages per side.
For Windows 95/98/Me (PS/PCL5e) operating systems:
1.
In your application, select File and then Print.
2.
Select the Xerox Phaser 5400 laser printer driver.
3.
Open the Properties dialog box.
4.
Select the Layout/Watermark tab.
5.
Under Pages per side, select 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, or 16 Pages Up from the drop-down list.
For Windows 2000 and Windows NT (PS/PCL5e) operating systems:
In your application, select File and then Print.

Select the Multiple-Up radio button.

16 Page Up.
