    In your software application, click File, then Print. Select your printer from the list. Access the printer driver settings by selecting Properties or Preferences (Windows), or Xerox Features for Macintosh. The title of the button may vary depending on your application.

    Your printer is designed to be used with a variety of media types. Follow the guidelines in this section to ensure the best print quality, and to avoid jams. For best results, use Xerox printing media specified for your printer.
