Action
Check all MSA fans and ensure
they are operating. Any failed
fan should be replaced. Ensure
that there is a module or blanking
panel (cover plate) in all MSA
chassis bays and slots. Empty
bays affect the airflow and cooling
ability of the MSA.
The MSA should be powered
off as soon as possible to avoid
hardware failure.
Check all MSA fans and ensure
they are operating. Any failed
fan should be replaced. Ensure
that there is a module or blanking
panel (cover plate) in all MSA
chassis bays and slots. Empty
bays affect the airflow and cooling
ability of the MSA.
Remove the disabled array
controller, wait 10 seconds, and
then reinsert the array controller,
ensuring that it is fully seated in
the chassis.

support.
