7. Troubleshooting
Rear Cover
Only the GX e2600 has a rear cover.
• There is a guide board in the recess behind the duplex unit. If the guide board is open, close it.

Cover Open / Print Cartridge(s) Not Detected

The right front cover is open. Close the right front cover. Alternatively, the print cartridges are not installed
or are installed incorrectly. Install the print cartridges correctly.
