Ensure the cleaning roller is installed.
If you are receiving an error message, go
to "Symptom Tables" on page
more information.
Inspect the cleaning roll for damage or
paper. Clean or replace, if necessary.
Inspect the toner waste bottle for overflow.
If the bottle is overflowing and no operator
message is displayed, go to
Messages" on page 2-9
sensors.
If the waste toner sensors are good,
inspect the waste toner assembly and
replace, if necessary.
Check the waste toner auger U spring for
breakage or damage.
This spring transports the waste toner
from the drum cleaner roll to the waste
toner bottle.
Ensure the waste toner feeder (Lower) is
not damaged and the waste tube is not
blocked.
