Paper Jam 23X
•
230 Duplex - Indicates that media is jammed at the top of the
duplex unit. Open the top duplex door to access the jam.
If the media is jamming at or over the duplex upper paper
sensor, go to

231 Duplex - Indicates media is jammed at the lower part of the
duplex unit. Open the duplex lower door to access the jam.
If the media is jamming at or over the duplex lower paper
sensor, go to
Paper Jam 24X - Indicates media is jammed in or around the paper
tray X (X= tray 1or 2). Open tray x to remove the jam.
