All of the Programs that ship with the A6 have
default wheel and ribbon modulations stored with
them. In most cases (but not all), the left wheel and
ribbon are preset for pitch bend and the right wheel
is vibrato. Some factory Programs, on the other
hand, have the wheels and ribbon preset to other
types of modulation depending on what is
appropriate for the Program.
For MIDI purposes, the right wheel defaults to
MIDI Controller 1 (vibrato) and the left wheel and
ribbon are assigned to Channel Pitch Bend. These
assignments can be changed, however, and stored
for each Program.
To make changes to either wheel, press the
("Pitch Wheel")
button. The parameters for that wheel will
ASSIGN
be displayed. Likewise, pressing the
to the left of the ribbon controller displays its
parameters.
