intercom numbers in the Operator List. If the call is not answered, it is forwarded to the first
intercom number you assign in the Operator List.
Here's how to assign users as the Operator:
1. Click Auto Attendant Days in the Action Index window or on the Site tab.
2. Click Edit.
3. In the Operator List box, type the 3-digit directory number for each user you want to
assign as an Operator. Separate the directory numbers by a comma, for example, type
210,211,212.
4. Click Commit. You'll need to restart each user's phone to make the change take effect.
When you add a user's extension to the Operator List, the Button Assignments window will
display a green check
Setting Music on Hold for the Auto Attendant
Here's how to choose the music that callers will hear when the Auto Attendant puts them on
hold:
1. Click Line Configuration on the Actions Index or on the Site tab.
2. In Edit mode, select the Music on Hold drop-down box and choose the music that outside
callers hear when they are placed on hold.
3. Click Commit to make your changes take effect. You do not need to restart the system.
