Viewing and Printing the Phone Button Template
1. Click the Print/See Template button at the top of the User Settings page.
2. To print the template with bands of gray as shown, you'll need to enable the following
print feature for your browser:
a. On your browser menu bar, choose Tools > Internet Options.
b. On the Advanced tab, scroll down to the section titled Printing.
c. Check the box Print Background Colors and Images.
d. Click OK.
3. Choose File > Print from your browser menu bar.
4. Select the desired printer options and print the template.
Changing the User's Password
By default, the user's password is set to their intercom number + 100. For example, ext. 210
+ 100: Password = 310.
Users can set change this password on their User Settings page. However, if they forget their
password, you'll need to reset it for them. See "Changing a User's Voice Mail Password"
section on page 108.
Configuring Call Forward Destinations on the User Settings Page
By default, user's are allowed to set their own call forward destinations on their User Settings
page. Two call forwarding options are available: Call Forward All and Call Forward Busy or
No Answer.

NOTE: If there are already call forward
settings configured on the Call Handling
page, the call forward destinations on
the User Settings page will not be
available. See the "Configuring Call
Handling Options" section on page 28.
Installing the Button Template on a Phone
1. Trim the button template so that it fits on the
phone.
2. Remove the plastic cover over the button
template on the phone.
3. Insert the new button template.
4. Replace the plastic cover.
