9. Click Next to go to the Equipment page.
10. The Equipment page displays the quantity of SVR3000s for the site.
Currently this is always set to 1. You can still add a second SVR3000 to be used as a
cascaded switch for additional LAN ports.
11. Click Next to go to the Billing Info page.
12. On the Billing Info page:
• Enter a billing address or check Use Service Address.
• Enter a billing contact or check Use Service Contact.
13. Click Next to verify your selections.
14. If you need to make changes, use the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of the page
(do not use your Web browser's Back button).
15. When you are satisfied with your selections, click Next to add the customer and create
the "handshake information."
