To provide a user access to the system voice mailbox:
1. Click Voicemail Boxes in the Action Index window or on the Phone tab.
2. In Edit mode, enable the System checkbox for each user that you want to have access to
system voice mail.
3. Click Commit

Changing a User's Voice Mail Password
By default, the user's password is set to their intercom number + 100. For example, ext. 210
+ 100: Password = 310. This password is also used to login to the User Settings page.
To reset a user's voice mail password:
1. Open the User Settings page for the user.
2. In the Old Password box, type your administrator password.
3. In the New Password box, type a new password for the user.
4. In the Verify New Password box, retype the new password.
5. Click Commit. Your change takes effect immediately without restarting the phone.
Using Voice Mail
The voice mail application runs on each phone in the system. It includes a telephony user
interface as well as a visual voice mail interface available from the phone screen. Messages
are stored on the USB key for the Services Router and can be retrieved remotely via the Auto
Attendant.
