Trashed Messages Displays a list of messages
you have sent to the trash,
including the caller ID, date
and time stamp and length
of the message.
Voice Mail Displays menu items for
Options recording greetings,
changing personal settings,
and changing notification
settings.
Accessing Voice Mail Using Voice Prompts
You can access Voice Mail using voice prompts for your IP phones.
1. Do one of the following:
• Open an intercom on your phone and dial your Voice Mail phone number (your
Intercom number + 100) or press the Voice Mail feature button (if enabled).
• From an outside line, access the Auto Attendant and enter your Voice Mail phone
number when prompted.
NOTE: If you have a private line, you
can access the Auto Attendant remotely
by modifying the call forward
destination on your User Settings page.

contact your phone administrator for
information on accessing the Auto
Attendant.

Click the Play tab to listen to the message or
click the Shred tab to completely erase the
message. Press the forward navigation key
