The Services Router will not power up.
• Verify that the power cord is plugged in to the Services Router.
• Verify that there is power to the outlet.
• Replace (RMA) the Services Router.
How do I determine the software status and software version running on the Services
Router?
To find out the status and version of software running on the Services Router, open the
Customer Support interface and click the SVR3000 tab. You can also find out the software
version by pressing the Tasks > Button Layout menu on any phone on the Linksys One
network.
How do I determine the IP address for the WAN port?
To find out the IP address for the WAN port on the Services Router, open the Customer
Support interface and click the SVR3000 tab.
What does it mean when the SYSTEM LED on the Services Router is alternating
red/green?
• If the SYSTEM LED is green for five seconds followed by red for one second, the
Services Router is operating in Cascade mode as a Layer-2 switch.
• If the SYSTEM LED is evenly alternating red/green, the Services Router is starting up
or updating its software load.
When does data start flowing to devices through the Services Router after a reboot? How
long will it take before computers attached behind phones can use the Internet again?
The Services Router is ready for data traffic when the SYSTEM LED is solid green.
Although the Services Router supports data traffic while downloading a new image;
however, the data traffic is briefly interrupted once the image download is complete and
the Services Router reboots to load a new image.
When do I use the SYSTEM button on the Services Router?
The SYSTEM button is used only to switch the Services Router into Cascade mode on
initial startup.
