Procedure 3-2
Removing the side panels
Use this procedure to remove a side panels from modular business package
(MBP) master or expansion cabinets.
Requirements
The following tools and materials are required:

Before performing this procedure, remove the equipment covers as described
in Procedure 3-1.

manager (ABM) shelf cover while the installation is being performed
ratchet with 5/16 in. socket
Action
At the front of the cabinet, use the 5/16 nut driver to remove the two screws
that secure the side panel to the casting, as shown in Figure 3-2.
At the rear of the cabinet, hold the side panel so that it cannot fall, and remove
the two other screws that secure it to the casting.
Store the side panel on cardboard or foam to avoid damaging its finish during
the installation.
