Each battery is connected to the next with a red cable that goes from the
negative (−) terminal of the battery on the left to a white cable that comes from
the positive (+) terminal of the battery on the right. Refer to Figure 8-3.
Disconnect the batteries from each other by using the quick connects to
separate the red and white cables.
Remove the batteries from the module.
Measure the output voltage of each battery. The output voltage should be
between:

If the output voltage of any battery is low, recharge the battery.
When the batteries are fully charged, perform the following load test for each
battery:
a. Connect a load to the battery to be tested.
b. Set the load for 50 to 100 A.
c. Connect the test load for 10 seconds.
d. After 10 seconds, measure the battery voltage. Recommended battery
voltage measurements are:

If the battery does not meet the recommended battery voltage, replace the
battery.
e. Remove the load.
