The minimum configuration of each product is as follows.

5 Diagnosing and Rectifying Faults
Status Description
Off The port is not
in use or has
failed.
Steady The FlexIO card
green is connected
properly.
Off The FlexIO card
is faulty or not
installed.
Diagnosis
1. Connect the
port to
another
switch and
network
cable to
check
whether the
original
switch and
network
cable are
normal.
2. Check
whether the
ports on the
switch and
NIC are up.
3. Check
whether the
NIC is
operating
properly.
N/A
1. Check
whether the
FlexIO card is
installed
properly.
2. Check
whether the
mainboard is
damaged. If
the
mainboard is
damaged,
replace the
mainboard.
