The following types of installations require a fenced off area:

A chain link fence is recommended because it provides an
unobstructed view of the fenced area. The fence must be
equipped with a door that can be securely locked. The fencing
material must be such that it renders the fenced area inaccessible
to the general public, especially children. The fence posts must be
installed such that a person cannot dislodge them.
