Enabling L2/L3static routes

Note:
After you enable or disable the high availability feature, the bootconfig is saved
onto the master and the standby CPU and the standby CPU is reset automatically.
However, you need to manually reset the master CPU.
To enable static routes:

From the Device Manager menu bar, choose Edit > Chassis.
The Chassis dialog box opens with the System tab displayed.

Click on the L2/L3 Redundancy tab.

Click Enable.

Click Apply.
