The number of packets transmitted by this MLT
interface to a higher MLT that were not addressed to a
multicast or broadcast address as detected by the
high-count (64-bit) register.
The total number of packets that higher-level protocols
requested be transmitted, and that were addressed to

that were discarded or not sent registered by the
high-count (64-bit) register.
