Working with Your Contacts

You can use three types of contacts entries:
PIM Contacts (see "PIM Contacts" on page 42).
Quick List Contacts ("Quick List" on page 42).
Favorites ("To add/edit Favorites contacts" on page 46).

PIM Contacts

These are the contacts imported from your PIM (see "Selecting PIM and Importing Contacts"
on page 16).
You can edit a PIM contact's phone number from within Your Assistant (this does not
modify the contact in your PIM; the edited number will be remembered even if you
re-import your PIM contacts).
Only the main number is displayed for each contact.
To access your PIM contacts
Click on the
To make calls from your PIM contacts

To edit a PIM contact's number
1. Select the contact.
2. In the Tools, menu select Contact List, then Edit Item.
3. Edit the number as desired, and click OK.

Quick List

These are the contacts you create in Your Assistant. Quick List contacts can contain phone
numbers and/or MSN Instant Messenger account names.
