6600 Your Assistant User Guide
Settings Section
Provides quick access to call handling feature settings.
Feature Name: The name for the call handling feature.
Feature Status: shows whether the feature is active or not. Click the drop-down
arrow beside the status to toggle the status.
For Call Forward, also shows which call forward profile is active. Click the
drop-down arrow to select a different call forward profile (see "Creating Call
Forward Profiles" on page 47 for information on setting call forward profiles).
Scroll bar: use to display any other available features (if all the features are
displayed, the scroll bar is greyed out).
To change the status of a feature or select a call forward profile, click on the arrow
beside the feature status, and select the desired status/profile.
See "During a Call" on page 28 for more information.
Note: Talk to your system administrator for more information on the call handling
features available on your system.

Manipulating Sections

Each section in the main application window can be minimized, resized, detached and
redocked.
To minimize a section
Click on the
To move/detach a section
1. Click and hold the name of the section you want to detach.
2. Move the section to the desired location.
To resize a detached section
Use the resize button (
