Each Quick List contact can contain several phone numbers and/or MSN Instant
Messenger account names.
•
Only the default number is displayed for each contact (see "To change the default
number for a Quick List contact" on page 44 for information on changing the default
number).
•
You can create Quick List groups (folders) to categorize your contacts.
•
When one of the numbers for a contact is an MSN Instant Messenger account name,
and that user is logged into MSN Instant Messenger, the
contact name (you must be logged into MSN Messenger to see this information)
To access your Quick List
•
Click the
icon in the Peoples section.
To add/edit a contact in your Quick List
1. In the Tools menu, select Quick List, then select New Item or Edit Item.
2. Enter a name for your contact in the Name field.
3. Select the desired label (for example, Home).

To add a new label, overwrite the existing text in the Label field, and click Add (this
does not delete the overwritten label).
