6600 Your Assistant User Guide

The Communications Windows

This window appears every time you are in a call. From this window, you can:
use call handling features such as Hold and Call Transfer.
view the length of the call.
record a call (Your Assistant Pro only).
Note: If you have more than one active call, you will have a communication window
for each call, except when making a call transfer or a conference call.
Call Info Window: shows the name and/or number of the other parties on the call (if
available), as well as the status of the call.
Call Control Window: provides one-click access to call control features.
Call Volume Window (Your Assistant Pro): slide the
of the headset speaker. Click Mute Microphone to mute the headset.
WARNING: Excessive volume can cause permanent hearing loss. Please adjust
the audio device volume to a comfortable level before using the product.
Call Status: indicates the status of the call (ringing, busy, talking, on hold). During a
call, the length of the call, including held time, is displayed beside the call status.
Slide-Out Dial Pad: click to access the dial pad.
Call Annotation: provides access to the Stopwatch, Notes and Recorder.
