3. You must enter the following information in the General tab to use numbers in
international dialing format with Your Assistant:
•
Country
•
Area code
•
Prefix to access an outside line for local calls
•
Prefix to access an outside line for long-distance calls
4. You can edit the Area Codes and Calling Cards tabs if desired (refer to your operating
system's online help for more information).
5. Click OK to save and close your settings for this location.
6. Update any other locations if desired, and click OK.
