To dial from Microsoft Outlook
1. In Microsoft Outlook, go to your Contacts window.
2. Select a contact, then click the phone icon on the toolbar.
OR
Select a contact, and choose the number to dial from the Quick Select drop-down
beside the phone icon.
OR
Right-click the contact, and select Call Contact.
3. Click Start Call or press Enter. The call is started, and Your Assistant's communication
is displayed.
