Unable to Print
Problem
Data remains in the
printer icon.
Print Output Problems

Unable to print in
color.
The image at the
edges of the paper
is missing.
Possible Cause
The machine is turned off. Turn on the machine.
The Ethernet cable on the
computer is disconnected.
The computer is not
connected to the wireless
network.
The cable of the machine
is disconnected or the
machine is not connected
to the wireless network.
An error has occurred on
the machine.
The protocol to use is not
enabled.
The machine is connected
to multiple computers.
Possible Cause
The machine is specified
to print color jobs in black
and white forcibly.
The document exceeds
the printable area of the
machine.
Action
Connect the Ethernet cable to the computer.
Connect the computer to the wireless network.
Connect the cable to the machine. When
connecting to Wi-Fi, make sure that the
necessary settings are configured.
For details on connecting with LAN and USB
cables, refer to "Connecting to a Wired (Ethernet)
Network" (P.14) or "Connecting to a Computer
With USB" (P.15).
For details on wireless LAN connections, refer to
"Connecting to a Wireless Network" (P.16).
Check the error information, and take the
required action.
Enable the protocol to use.

Wait for a while and try printing again.
Action
Set [Auto Color To Mono Print] to [Off].

Enlarge the print area of the machine, or reduce
that of the document.
