[Cloning]
The following data are imported/exported.
Configuration information
The import destination device must be the same model and software version as that of the export source
device.
The import destination device must be connected to the same subnet as that of the export source device.
The export source device functions (Wi-Fi) that require a client certificate must be disabled.
If the function that uses a server certificate (such as HTTPS and IPPS) is enabled on the export source
device, import the external certificate to the import destination device before importing the data.
If [IP Addressing] is set to [Manual Input] on the operator panel of the export source device, set the IP
address on the operator panel of the import destination device after importing the data.
[Install Clone File]
To capture configuration information files, click the [Browse] button to specify the configuration
information files you want to capture, and then click the [Install] button.
Before importing data, enable [Software Download] in the security settings on the operator panel of the
import destination device.
Do not turn off the device during import.
If the import is performed while the jobs are running, the import will be processed after all the current
jobs are processed.
If the import fails, the recovery process will be performed automatically.
After the recovery process, perform the following operations on the operator panel to initialize the data.

The device will restart after the export is processed.
