Notification of Printing Completion/Error
This feature is available when the machine is connected to Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

When printing is completed or when an error occurs, a notification is displayed on the task bar of the
computer screen.
To use this feature, perform the following procedure to enable auto refresh.
1.
Click on [Start] > [XXXX Print & Scan Hub] > [Print & Scan Hub].
2.
Click on in the upper right part of the screen, and click on [Device Monitor Settings].
3.
Select the checkbox for [Auto Check].
4.
Configure the [Check Interval (1-60 Minutes)] settings as needed, and click on [OK].

Updating Software

To install the latest software versions, access the Konica Minolta web site in your region, or contact
your supplier.
