9 Troubleshooting
Check to ensure that [Wi-Fi] is enabled.
For details, refer to "[Wi-Fi]" (P.57).

The firewall on your computer may be blocking communication
with your machine. Disable the firewall on your computer.
Make sure that the security settings of the access point or
wireless router is WPA or WPA2. WEP is not supported on WPS.
Make sure that the access from the MAC address of the machine
is not restricted on your access point or wireless router.
For details on the operations of your access point or wireless router,

see the manual supplied with the access point or wireless router.
Press the WPS button on the access point or wireless router
within 2 minutes after starting the WPS operation on the
machine.
 For details about the access point or wireless router, see the manual
supplied with the access point or wireless router.
Make sure that you have entered the correct PIN on the access
point or wireless router.
For details about how to enter the PIN code, see the manual

supplied with the access point or wireless router.
Check to ensure that [Wi-Fi Direct] is disabled.
For details on settings, refer to "[Wi-Fi Direct]" (P.59).

The machine may be connected to another mobile device via Wi-
Fi Direct. Disconnect the machine and the mobile device.
 For details, refer to "Disconnecting the Mobile Device From the Wi-
Fi Direct Network" (P.48).
When connecting to the machine using the Wi-Fi Direct feature of
an Android device, set the machine's [Group Role] to [Group
Owner].
