[Wi-Fi]

You can specify the communication environment via Wi-Fi.
 This setting becomes available when you restart the printer from Internet Services or manually turn off
and on the printer on the operator panel of the printer.
[Wi-Fi]
[MAC Address]
Displays the current MAC address when the printer is connected to a wireless network.
[Link Channel]
Displays the channel number of the connection when the printer is connected to a wireless network.
[Link Quality]
Displays the quality of the connection when the printer is connected to a wireless network.
[SSID]
Enter the name to identify the wireless network. The following characters can be entered:
 Up to 32 bytes
 Alphanumeric characters and symbols
[Network Type]
Select the network type.
[TCP/IP Settings]
To edit the settings, click [Edit] to display "[Ethernet]" (P.148).
[Security Settings]
[Encryption Type]
Select the security method. When you do not use encryption, select [No Security].

When [WEP] Is Selected for [Encryption Type]
 [Transmit Key]
Select the WEP key to be used.
 [WEP Key 1]/[WEP Key 2]/[WEP Key 3]/[WEP Key 4]
Enter the WEP key.
 [Retype WEP Key 1]/[Retype WEP Key 2]/[Retype WEP Key 3]/[Retype WEP Key 4]
Enter the same WEP key in each WEP key.

When [WPA2 Personal] or [Mixed WPA2 Personal] Is Selected for [Encryption Type]
 [Passcode]
Select the passcode to be used.
 [Retype Passcode]
Enter the same passcode in [Passcode].
