Creating/Importing/Exporting/Deleting Certificates

Creating Certificates
The following procedure uses the case when the window size of the web browser is the large screen.
1.
Click [Log In] on the upper right corner.
If [Local User] is displayed on the upper right corner, move to step 3.
2.
Enter [User Name] and [Password] for the system administrator, and then click [Log In].
"Logging In/Logging Out" (P.140)
3.
Click [System] > [Security] > [Security Certificates].
The [Security Certificates] dialog box is displayed.
4.
Select [Device Certificates] from the drop-down list box.
5.
Click [Create].
6.
Select [Create Self-Signed Certificate] or [Create Certificate Signing Request (CSR)].
When [Create Self-Signed Certificate] Is Selected
The [Create Self-Signed Certificate] dialog box is displayed.
[Digital Signature Algorithm]: Select the method of the hash algorithm.
[Public Key Length]: Select the length of the public key.
This item is displayed when [Digital Signature Algorithm] is set to [RSA/SHA-256], [RSA/SHA-
384] or [RSA/SHA-512].
[Elliptic Curve]: Select the elliptic curve to use.
This item is displayed when [Digital Signature Algorithm] is set to [ECDSA/SHA-256], [ECDSA/
SHA-384] or [ECDSA/SHA-512].
[Issuer]: Select the issuer of the certificate.
[Validity Period]: Enter the effective time period of the created certificate.
